Information, Advice and Guidance is available for all employers and prospective apprentices. The service offers you the opportunity to discuss your staff training needs, personal issues or simply to find out about the courses we deliver. Individualised support for apprentices who have additional learning needs is provided and a holistic assessment of a learners strengths and weaknesses is delivered to give you the best starting point for your course. Additional advice, counselling and help with personal issues are also part of the service we offer everyone at the start and throughout the apprenticeship programme.
