City Training Apprentice Wins Trainee of the Year 2009
Samantha Swales, 18 has won the Trainee of the Year Award at Children's Place Nursery, Daisy Hill, Bradford.
Samantha is currently studying her apprenticeship in Children's Care, Learning and Development at level 3 and has been at the Daisy Hill branch of Children's Place Nursery since last November. Samantha works in all the rooms within the nursery covering the age range of 0-5 years.
Out of the seven branches of Children's Place Nurseries which are open the award "Trainee of the Year" was presented to Samantha. Samantha will keep the award for a year until nominations are placed again.
Children Can Be a Real Joy to Work With
Contributing to their development, their evolving social needs, and learning how to administer basic First Aid to babies and infants aged 0 to 5 will give you the confidence to carve out a successful career in Childcare. Nurseries provide practical experience for four and a half days a week, enhanced by half a day in College.
