At this stage we will organise a Health & Safety visit to your place of work to ensure it is suitable for an apprentice.
Once approved, our recruitment team will take over. They will establish your business needs, help you develop a job description and begin promoting your vacancy.
If you are a levy paying employer (paybill over £3m – for more visit our apprenticeship reforms page), you will also need to setup an online account with the national apprenticeship service – through which you will plan your apprenticeship programme and manage the funding for your apprenticeship(s). Our recruitment team will source and screen candidates who fit your requirements and send you CVs for consideration. Once you have chosen a shortlist, we will arrange the interviews on your behalf. We interview all applicants ourselves before sending them on to employers ensuring all candidates are of a high calibre.
Following the interviews, we will give feedback to all candidates on your behalf, informing your chosen candidate they have been successful.
Once you have chosen your apprentice, we will take care of all the paperwork and ensure you and the apprentice are ready for the apprenticeship to start.
