Staff Vacancies

We are currently recruiting for the positions below.

All posts offer access to a Pension Scheme, free access to car parking and a staff gym, working hours of 36 per week and 43 days holiday per year (including bank holidays and company closure days).

All applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.

Quality Performance and Standards Manager

The Quality Manager will oversee and ensure the performance and achievement of all aspects of the Apprenticeship and Traineeship provision which will include the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, end assessment and quality improvement outcomes in line with current inspectorate and funding body requirements.

Applicants must hold the following:

Degree or equivalent professional experience
Teaching Qualification at a minimum of Level 4
GSCE A* – C or nationally recognised qualification in Maths or equivalent
GCSE A*-C or nationally recognised qualification in English or equivalent
Management Qualification at a minimum of Level 3

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

Head of Business Development

The Head of Business Development will strategically manage the employer facing and commercial arm of the College and its subsidiaries. Responsible to the Director of Employer Responsiveness this role provides a key platforms for driving growth through business engagement and key account relationships.

You will be a natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams with the ability to drive ambitious and target focused activity.

Applicants must hold the following:

Degree or equivalent professional experience
GCSE A*- C or nationally recognised level 2 qualification in Maths or equivalent (e.g. CSE 1, O Level A – C) or prepared to pass a test prior to interview to demonstrate level 2 ability and then if appointed achieve within an agreed timescale.
GCSE A*- C or nationally recognised level 2 qualification in English or equivalent. (e.g. CSE 1, O Level A – C) or prepared to pass a test prior to interview to demonstrate level 2 ability and then if appointed achieve within an agreed timescale.
Management Qualification at a minimum of level 3

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
