Duties and responsibilities:
â¢To provide general administrative and clerical support including typing, filing, answering the office phone, assisting with monitoring and record keeping
â¢To take, type and distribute minutes if required
â¢To order stationery and maintain stock levels
â¢To deal with incoming and outgoing post and routine correspondence
â¢To be responsible for Health and Safety within the office
â¢To support the Finance team

We have a Community DV Team which works within the Leeds Domestic Violence Service, supporting people assessed as being at medium/high risk and/or needing help with significant practical issues like housing and civil legal proceedings.
Our Prevention and Recovery Service (PARS) works to support people at lower levels of risk who require more emotional support and information to make sense of their experience, recover and move on positively.
