Job Information

Job Title: Business Admin Apprentice
Job Description: Duties Include:



Come to know how to provide 1st line inhouse ICT support to staff and students of the College.



Gain experience of troubleshooting basic technical problems with the College
's equipment, network or software according to specified procedures.



Acquire skills in ordering and monitoring of stocks of consumables and ensure ready access to accessories, consumables and information needed to use equipment effectively.



Become skilled at carrying out routine equipment checks and general maintenance on the network and associated peripherals and making minor repairs if needed.



Be trained to work on the ICT Support Helpdesk and use accompanying software to maintain a log of tasks.



Become skilled at ensuring the continued operation of the College network, user accounts, access to resources etc.
Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Weekly Schedule: Day Release at Bradford College
Weekly Wage: £112.50

Course Information

Course Title: Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration
Course Duration: 12 - 18 Months Average
